FULL-TIME SALES CONSULTANT

QUALIFICATIONS:

» Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience in a retail, hospitality, or multifamily environment.

» Proficiency in Microsoft Office is ideal.

» Strong verbal and written communications skills are a must.

» Ability to work weekends is necessary.

» Undergraduate degree is strongly preferred.

FULL-TIME SERVICE TECHNICIAN (MID-LEVEL)

We’re looking for experienced maintenance technicians who can provide excellent customer service while completing resident and property work orders and requests. Role is responsible for diagnosing and repairing plumbing, electrical, drywall, and appliance issues in resident units and throughout the property, as well as maintenance of Talo’s pool, sauna, and spas. Other duties include maintaining the exterior of the property to ensure curb-appeal at all times and snow removal, as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

» Minimum 2-5 years of experience in the hotel or multifamily housing industry preferred.

» Excellent customer service skills and general computer knowledge.

» Strong experience with plumbing, electrical, appliances, and painting.

» Plumbing, contracting, builder’s certifications and licenses a plus!

» On-call availability. Flexibility to work weekends, when necessary, greatly appreciated.

FULL-TIME HOUSEKEEPING ASSOCIATE

We’re looking for experienced housekeeping professionals who can provide excellent customer service while ensuring Talo’s public areas, including clubroom and amenity spaces, are sparkling clean and well-maintained. Role includes cleaning vacant apartments and some light grounds-keeping including trash and snow removal, and grounds maintenance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

» Friendly and courteous demeanor.

» Exceptional attention to detail.

» Prior cleaning or housekeeping experience necessary.

» Exceptional customer service skills.

» Hotel/motel or resort cleaning experience preferred.
